Registration is open for fall flag football leagues at Midwest City's Municipal Athletic Complex, with games set for Sundays throughout the season.

Midwest City Parks and Recreation announced Aug. 11, that its flag football partner, EliteHQ Football, is returning to the MAC for a full slate of youth and adult leagues this fall. The partnership between the city and EliteHQ dates back at least one prior season, according to the department's announcement, which noted the organization is "back at the MAC."

Four league formats are available: Youth 5v5, Boys 7v7, Girls 7v7 and Adult 7v7. All four play on Sundays at the MAC, located at 9400 SE 29th St. in Midwest City.

Who can play

The leagues cover a wide age range. The Youth 5v5 and gender-specific 7v7 divisions serve younger players, while the Adult 7v7 league gives older athletes a competitive, no-tackle option. EliteHQ Football, based in Midwest City, describes itself as a provider of youth and adult flag football across Central Oklahoma.
